Poster for a poetry performance, early January, 2007. By this time, Sune Urth and I had found that audiences liked us as a team, without the distraction of the other poets we’d performed with. We wound up touring the show -as Hell on Wheels- for about a year, almost always with new material each time. I remember being surprised when he told me we had a manager. This poster mentions our perfect accompanist: “Anders Filipsen on magnificent piano.” The bottom text basically means Razor-Sharp Microphone With No Safety Zone.  I went home after this gig and learned that the street mentioned -and that entire neighborhood- had erupted in riots and flames an hour afterwards. It was big enough to make international news and I became quite busy reassuring people emailing me that I had nothing to do with it. I think.
